BRAND POLICY

At Little Hatchlings, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our shipping & return policies should be clear and transparent.

Shipping Policy:

All our products are made to order and will take around 7 business days to make & dispatch. You will receive a text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The shipping time for metros is around 2-3 days while other destinations could take up to 5 days.

While we use reputable & reliable courier services, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to situations beyond our control.

Cancellations:

All our products are  personalized / customized. Hence, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you wish to cancel / change your order please email us on contact@littlehatchlings.in (within 2 hours of placing the order) and we will try to accommodate the changes. Our decision will be communicated to you via email or WhatsApp.  

 

As a company policy, we issue credit notes for the order amount for accepted cancellations (no cancelled order in any case is eligible for a refund)!

Returns & Exchanges:

We have a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across all products, given the made to order model, and also considering the hygiene and safety issues related to kids & baby clothes. If there is any genuine case of defects / damage, please contact us on contact@littlehatchlings.in within 2 days of receiving your order & we will help you out. 

In the case that we have approved an exchange / return for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the item to our office in Mumbai within 5 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, replacement / refund details will be communicated to you. If refund is approved, the same will be initiated and credited within 7 working days  Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
