We have a strict NO EXCHANGE / NO REFUND policy across all products, given the made to order model, and also considering the hygiene and safety issues related to kids & baby clothes.

If there is any genuine case of defects / damage / incorrect product sent, please message or email us within 24 hours of receiving your order & we will help you out. 

In the case that we have approved an exchange / return for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the item to our office in Mumbai within 5 working days.

Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition to be eligible for refund / exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, refund / replacement details will be communicated to you.

If refund is approved, the same will be initiated and credited within 7 working days. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.​​
